Second time visiting Sushi Maru, and yup, it's great! We ordered veggie tempura, Las Vegas roll, and Crawfish Baked roll. It was all fresh and delicious. Definitely ate way too much because it's hard to stop! I appreciated the variety of "cooked" rolls as I'm not into raw fish. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. They checked with us multiple times and even offered to adjust the thermostat to ensure I felt comfortable! That's unheard of but so appreciated.

The service the food the atmosphere was phenomenal. I travel a lot and had sushi all over the US and I can promise you; you will not make any mistake ordering off this menu. Quality very fresh fish all around. Their yum yum sauce is not heavy like most and it’s very smooth taste; I can almost drink it. Great family restaurant and date night place. Their music choice set the whole mood. Loved the wait staff and Chef Ray! Thank you all so very much for great hospitality. Our family will be back!
